1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
Original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or is returned without original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

Products purchased during clearance or special sale events.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards, if applicable.
Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

If approved:

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, approved refunds will be processed through bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method after verification.

Customers may be required to provide valid bank account details for refund processing.

7. Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement or exchange subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund may be issued.
